The source didn't share its exact prompt, so we wrote this from what it describes.

After each sales call, summarize the recording, give the rep coaching feedback in their manager's voice, update the CRM, and draft a follow-up email for the rep to send.

Sends the Recreated prompt shown above. ChatGPT and Grok open with it filled in, and ChatGPT may send it straight away. Gemini opens empty, so we copy the prompt for you to paste. Every button also copies it.

The source used Zapier Agents, which can take actions in a browser or app. These are general chat tools, so results may differ, and a normal chat may only give you a plan.

Goal: After each sales call, summarize it, coach the rep in their manager's voice, update the CRM and draft a follow-up for the rep.

Inputs (fill in or confirm):
- Recording or transcript source
- Manager's coaching style examples
- CRM fields to update
- Follow-up email tone and template

Rules:
- Summarize needs, objections, next steps and decision makers with timestamps.
- Give 2–3 specific coaching points tied to moments in the call.
- Update only the agreed CRM fields; never overwrite deal value or stage without a clear signal in the call.
- Draft the follow-up for the rep to review.
- Keep the tone constructive and specific, matching the manager's examples.
- Never send follow-up emails to customers without the rep's approval.

Checkpoint: Never send the follow-up email; the rep sends it.

If you get stuck: If the transcript is missing or poor, flag it instead of summarizing guesses. If a login, CAPTCHA or two-step code appears, stop and ask me to handle it; never guess or store passwords.

Verify before you finish: Check names, dates and prices in the summary against the transcript.

Output: Summary, coaching notes, CRM change log and draft email per call.

Done when: reps get accurate summaries and coaching within an hour of the call.

  • badlibrarian runs a business and sometimes buys things on Amazon. At tax time they used to search for the big business items and categorise them in QuickBooks Online until they gave up, using a janky browser plugin and two monitors full of Excel windows. Now Claude does it and doesn't give up, despite QuickBooks being slow. It will even click 19 times to split a transaction because they'd put a router and shampoo in the same Amazon cart one night in February 2025.

An X user says that to renew an office lease with the landlord, they asked Grok to summarize the 10+ pages of legal terms instead of going over them with an attorney, and it took less than 30 minutes to fully review the details themselves. The post includes a screenshot of Grok's summary of the shopping-center lease amendment, covering the term extension and rent schedule.

  • Michel, in San Diego, works in a tight-margin business with basic back-office software, and sending late-invoice reminders was repetitive manual work. Claude Cowork walked them through setting up an agent that logs in every Monday night, checks overdue accounts receivable and matches customer names against a Google Sheet of contacts. Using Michel's email template, it adds the contact name, invoice number, amount and due date, puts the emails in the Drafts folder and sends Michel a report of which customers were included, what each owes and the totals. Michel reviews the drafts and sends them, saving about an hour every Monday night.
