Prompt Original prompt

Exact prompt as published in the source.

Find the pieces that contain full, on-record statements with explicit permission to publish, especially emails that say "free to use in any piece" or "free to use in coverage."

Try this in:

Sends the Original prompt shown above. ChatGPT and Grok open with it filled in, and ChatGPT may send it straight away. Gemini opens empty, so we copy the prompt for you to paste. Every button also copies it.

The source used Claude Cowork, which can take actions in a browser or app. These are general chat tools, so results may differ, and a normal chat may only give you a plan.

Goal: Find emails with on-record statements that explicitly allow publication.

Inputs (fill in or confirm):
- Gmail account (I'll log in)
- Date range
- Phrases that signal permission ('free to use in any piece')
- Sources or senders to exclude

Rules:
- Search for the permission phrases and close variants.
- For each match, record sender, organisation, date, the quote and the exact permission wording.
- Exclude embargoed or 'background only' notes.
- Don't reply or forward.
- Keep the exact wording; don't paraphrase quotes.
- Note any condition attached (e.g. 'with attribution to X').
- Export as CSV and markdown.
- Only collect quotes where the email explicitly grants permission; quote the permission line.
- Don't reply to, label or delete any email.
- Flag borderline cases separately.

If you get stuck: If permission is unclear, put it in a separate 'check' list. If a login, CAPTCHA or two-step code appears, stop and ask me to handle it; never guess or store passwords.

Verify before you finish: Re-open five results to confirm the quote and permission.

Output: A table of quotes with permission text and email links.

Done when: every quote listed has explicit permission in the same email.
