Prompt Recreated prompt

The source didn't share its exact prompt, so we wrote this from what it describes.

Here's a task I'd like your help with. Read it all the way through before you start.

Goal: Go through my meeting recordings and point out every time I subtly avoided conflict.

Check with me first: Is there a specific person or type of meeting I'm most curious about?

What I'll give you:
- A folder with my meeting recordings or transcripts

Rules:
- Quote the exact moment and say which meeting it's from.
- Explain briefly why it looks like avoidance.
- Stay factual and kind. Don't guess at other people's motives.
- If something is missing or unclear, ask me instead of guessing.

Output: A list of moments with quotes, meeting names and a short note on each.

You'll know it worked when: I can see a pattern and the exact moments behind it.

Works best when: my meeting notes are already downloaded into one folder.

Sends the Recreated prompt shown above. ChatGPT and Grok open with it filled in, and ChatGPT may send it straight away. Gemini opens empty, so we copy the prompt for you to paste. Every button also copies it.

The source used Claude Code, which can take actions on your computer or in a browser. These are general chat tools, so results may differ, and a normal chat may only give you a plan.

Here's a task I'd like your help with. Read it all the way through before you start.

Goal: Go through my meeting recordings and point out each time I subtly avoided conflict, with evidence.

Quick check first: tell me if anything below is missing or unclear.

Inputs (fill in or confirm):
- Folder of recordings or transcripts
- My name as it appears in transcripts
- A person or meeting type to focus on, if any
- Date range

Rules:
- Quote the exact moment, with meeting name, date and timestamp.
- Explain why it reads as avoidance (changing topic, agreeing then not following up, softening a disagreement).
- Separate clear examples from borderline ones.
- Don't judge other participants; focus on my behaviour.
- Look for patterns across meetings: who, what topics, what time in the meeting.

If you get stuck: If a transcript lacks speaker labels, say which parts you couldn't attribute. If a login, CAPTCHA or two-step code appears, stop and ask me to handle it; never guess or store passwords.

Verify before you finish: Re-read each quoted moment in context to make sure it isn't misread.

Output: A table of moments (quote, meeting, timestamp, why), then a short pattern summary and 3 suggestions.

Done when: I can replay each moment and see the pattern.

  • Claude Code read four weeks of the poster's workout logs, found where lifts stalled, wrote the next training cycle with a reason for each starting weight, loaded the routines into the tracking app, and noted where the app would suggest the wrong weight.

  • Mr Jasper's spouse needed a Tax ID, and the agent they contacted quoted 10k and asked for the spouse's NIN to process it the next day. Mr Jasper asked ChatGPT about it and how long it takes, and found it was something they could do themselves in a few minutes. They opened the official portal with the spouse's NIN and the Tax ID was ready in less than one minute, saving the 10k fee.

  • Anthony Garcia's taxes had got complicated enough that Garcia hired an accountant, who was still a month and a half away from giving the full picture. Garcia copied all the tax files, some electronic PDFs and some scans of paper copies, into one folder, pointed Claude Cowork at it and asked for an estimate of the 2025 taxes due. Claude read all of them. In 30 minutes it produced a summary table of tax liability, amount withheld and balance due, with a thorough breakdown that referred to boxes on the tax forms.
